Katherine is a passionate believer that what is possible is achievable. She works with socially conscious businesses, enterprises and non-profits and is continuously motivated by the collective good created within our communities.
Her expertise is assisting organizations achieve wellbeing and prosperity with their financial governance and stewardship. She helps organizations improve their processes and build effective internal control systems so that they may focus on their mission, strategy and vision. She has an established reputation for helping organizations navigate financial complexities and re-establishing credibility with stakeholders and funders.
Katherine draws upon her 20 years of experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant and her firsthand business experience from running and building her own socially minded enterprise when advising clients. Her business experience has given her a unique ability of maintaining a big picture focus while at the same time narrowing in and analyzing important details. She knows firsthand that better ideas are generated when working as a team which is reflected in her collaborative approach to finding solutions.
